At 8fig, a funding company for e-commerce sellers, I ran US Marketing. Since most of the e-commerce sellers 8fig could support funding-wise were solopreneurs or very small teams, community is a huge deal to ecom operators. I launched the 8fig Podcast network consisting of 3 separate shows (one of which I hosted myself) to better reach and appeal to the ecom community and 8fig customers, as well as give 8fig a platform in order to create relationships with well known brands and influencers in the industry.
